Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and similar technologies used by the Leblon Capital website and private portals.
Effective date: 24 August 2026
1. Legal framework
Cookies and similar technologies are governed in Portugal in particular by Article 5 of Law no. 41/2004 of 18 August, as amended, together with the GDPR and Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from a user’s device. They may be used to maintain a session, support authentication, remember technical choices or, where separately implemented, measure or personalise use of a website.
3. Cookies currently used
The current Leblon Capital website is designed to use only cookies or equivalent storage that are technically necessary for requested functionality, particularly WordPress and private-portal login, session and security functions. The exact cookie name may contain a WordPress-generated identifier and may therefore vary by installation.
4. Consent
Portuguese law permits storage or access that is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user without prior consent. If Leblon Capital later introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, those technologies will not be activated before the legally required consent has been obtained, and users will be given a clear way to refuse or later withdraw that choice.
5. Browser controls
Users may also manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or other requested portal functions from operating correctly.
6. Changes
This policy will be updated if the technologies used by the website change. Any future non-essential cookie implementation must be reflected here and, where required, in a consent interface before activation.
